John was is delightful and very professional he insisted I checked out all other possibilities before I committed to using his company. I found them very helpful and caring. Paul who came to fit the cat door did the job in under half an hour and stayed until I had programmed my cat into it. I would highly recomend this company. I am very happy with the outcome. Karen
