I kind of hope that they had a more risque name to begin with. Anyway, they never asked for a review, so I thought I'd do one anyway. After being messed around by another company who didn't want to put a cat flap into my composite door, I searched online for a company that would. And I came across Pet Flaps. After a quick discussion about what I wanted, they wanted some photo's of the door and then sent me the cat flap and once it arrived, they sent someone out to fit it on a date that suited me. The fitting took less than 30 minutes and |'m very happy with the result. The issue with putting a cat flap into a composite door is that if water gets in, it destroys the door. Where the cat flap has been fitted is sealed with silicon sealant to keep the water out. So yes, this company comes highly recommended.

Knowledgeable and Professional service

A very helpful and seamless, professional service. The communication was great from the initial contact to post installation. Our fitter was excellent and left us with an expertly fitted cat flap in a wall, with no touching up required. He was quick, tidy and possibly left that area cleaner than it was 😅.
