The service from pet flaps was great. I had a lot of questions to make sure I got the correct cat flap and everything was answered accurately and quickly. The only thing that let the whole experience down was the installation of the the pet flap. I had it fitted into the wall and wall was damaged inside which was filled. Looking further into the fitting there is a slight whole inside that needs filling and repainting and outside needs to be re silicone as the silicone bead is not sealing the pet flap

Had a fully automated dog door fitted by Pet Flaps UK and am very satisfied. Time was of the essence and they even picked up the imported device from Gatwick when FEDEX messed up, in order to get it fitted in time. Excellent service from the fitter, who despite having to remove bricks and plaster, cleared up after himself.
