I didn't think a cat flap could be fitted into a french door but John and the fitter Terry proved me wrong, and it's much better than the cheap plastic ones I'm used to having. Even my husband is impressed!

I needed a dog flap fitted into my door. The full length glass panel was replaced with a new double glazed panel with large cat flap. This was ideal for the small and medium sized dogs that would be using it. I cannot praise this company enough. They were extremely helpful and went to great lengths to ensure I had a large choice of different dog flaps, even managing to source one for me that was clear, resulting in very little loss of light into my kitchen. Delivery and installation was quicker than promised. The two gentlemen who came to install it were very professional and extremely careful to make as little mess as possible. I'd been meaning to fit one but I didn't think it could go into our big patio doors and we didn't want a big plastic hole in our back door. They were so helpful and gave us a choice of different makes, ours is being custom-made in Belgium in really nice wood to match the door! I didn't know there were such nice ones. It's not cheap but It looks really good and we're assured it won't let in any draughts. I phoned one evening just to leave a message and John was still taking calls. I had lots of questions and he got me to send a photo over and was able to work out the price from that. I was going to have a microchip pet door but instead I've gone for the Plexidor with the stell security plate because I was a bit worried about the cheaper plastic ones. My little Westie loves it! She can come and go into the garden as she pleases now. Paul the fitter was very polite and helpful and kept up his social distancing and cleaned everything down with disinfectant afterwards.

Pleasure to deal with. We had a pet door fitted and with so many options on the market it can be a minefield finding the best option. John has great knowledge and responds quickly to queries and requests. Fitter was quick and professional. Good job all round. Definitely recommend!

Within a week of my first contact my car flap was fitted. I was treated professionally throughout the whole process, and my circumstances were taken into account. I had thought I had nowhere for a cat flap but was pleased that it could be fitted into my double glazed kitchen window.
